# Artículo 358

> Artículo 358 de la Constitución Política de Colombia

Para los efectos contemplados en los dos artículos anteriores, entiéndese por ingresos corrientes los constituidos por los ingresos tributarios y no tributarios con excepción de los recursos de capital.
