# Artículo transitorio 10

> Artículo transitorio 10 de la Constitución Política de Colombia

Los decretos que expida el Gobierno en ejercicio de las facultades otorgadas en los anteriores artículos tendrán fuerza de ley y su control de constitucionalidad corresponderá a la Corte Constitucional.
